The special meeting of the Board of Township Trustees, Newbury Township was called to order at 8:00 A.M., April 12, 2012, with Mr. Quigley, Mr. Skomrock and Ms. Blair present.

Mr. Dixon presented the bids and went over them, he recommended Hummell Construction at $25,604.00.

A motion was made to accept the recommendation, of Mr. Dixon, by Mr. Quigley, 2nd by Mr. Skomrock, with a unanimous affirmative vote by all.

Ms. Blair indicated that they are also working on quotes for insulation.

A motion was made to adjourn at 8:07 AM by Mr. Skomrock, 2nd by Mr. Quigley a unanimous affirmative vote by all.
