Meeting called to order at 7:38 p.m.
No Minutes read as secretary not in attendance.
OBERLAND PARK:
Federal Grant
*Roger handed out last meeting estimates and revised estimates
*Susan tried to tie down info from Scott Carlson regarding timber frame bldg. Scott Carlson has decided not to work on shelter project
*Roger expects only grading and planting of one ball field with grant funding, approximately $40K
*Discussed Romtec as possible outhouse option
*Special meeting to be held May 2nd at 8:30 at town hall with Newbury trustees to discuss…
Next regular meeting: Thursday, May 21, 7:30 p.m. at Newbury Town Hall
