Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.

No minutes read, secretary not in attendance.

OBERLAND PARK

*Grading and Seeding of Front 5 Acres:

Finish grading specs being processed by Community Development by Joni for 

RFP per David, then community development will send out RFP 

*Entrance Sign:

 Waiting on foundation specs from Chip Hess (Engineer) 

*Nature Trail Inspection: 

Aug 5th meeting to walk nature trail to inspect - Roger will call to remind. 

Roger called several and Jodie said it was cancelled & she would send out 

an appropriate e-mail to involved parties 

Next regular meeting: Thursday, August 20, 7:30 p.m. at Newbury Town Hall
